I’ve spent over 15 years in strategic consulting, working with a wide range of companies on their biggest challenges. I’ve seen brilliant strategies stall - not because the ideas were wrong, but because the teams weren’t aligned. The why wasn’t clear. The commitment wasn’t there. The story behind the strategy didn’t connect.
That’s where I come in.
