Using a grounded mix of systemic coaching, neurolinguistic programming, breathwork, and body-based practices, we explore what’s really driving your stress, burnout, indecision, or disconnection. Together, we uncover the unconscious patterns that shape how you show up - in work, relationships, and in life.

  • Inner and inherited beliefs that no longer serve you;

  • Emotional burdens you’ve been carrying that aren’t truly yours;

  • Relationship stress - from family, partners, or colleagues - that repeats in loops;

  • Feeling stuck in your path, unclear about what’s next or who you really are.

Some patterns have served you well - like discipline, drive, or loyalty. But when they turn rigid, they cost you energy. They blur your boundaries. They disconnect you from your needs.

Coaching Trajectory

  • Minimum of six sessions recommended for the greatest impact (live or online)

  • Sessions are spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart

  • Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes
